I grew up around a table. My mother DonnaRosa cooked like it was a form of love — and it was. Large pots, strong opinions, not a single wasted ingredient. I didn't always know I'd end up doing this, but looking back, there was never really any other option.
I came to catering through people. I like being around them. I like feeding them. I like the moment when someone takes a bite and their whole face changes. That moment is the whole point.
Over the years I built something that doesn't fit neatly into a category. We cater offices and we cater weddings in Italy. We style canteens and we dress tables for 600 people. We work with refugees building new lives in a new country. We pack leftovers beautifully because throwing away good food feels like a small crime.
It's all connected, I promise.

We work with refugees and people who are building new lives here. Food is one of the most universal things there is — everybody eats, everybody deserves to cook well, and talent doesn't care where you were born. Giving something back isn't a brand value. It's just what you do.
